What VERIXA collects, why, where it is stored, and how private identity documents and rights evidence are kept out of public surfaces.
Private beta document — attorney review required before commercial launch.
This document describes how VERIXA operates during controlled private beta. Payments, payouts, external filings and platform notices are simulated unless a real provider is explicitly configured. These drafts are not legal advice and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before VERIXA is offered commercially.

Data we collect
Account data (email, display name, locale), professional profile data, identity verification submissions, registered asset metadata, licensing and request records, and product analytics events.
Private by default
Government IDs, selfies, verification documents, claim evidence, private contracts and reviewer notes are stored in private buckets and are never served on public pages or through the public API.
What is public
Only what you publish: your verified profile, public asset metadata, published license offers and license verification pages. Public copyright metadata is shown only after a certificate is attached.
Access controls
Every table is protected by row-level security. Reviewers and administrators access only what their role permits, and privileged actions are recorded in an immutable audit trail.
Payments data
During private beta, checkout and ledger records are simulated. VERIXA does not store card numbers, bank credentials or real payout account details.
Retention
Licensing, financial and rights records are retained as legal records. Verification documents are retained for the review period and for the retention window required by policy.
Your choices
You can update your profile, adjust notification preferences per channel and category, request deletion of your account, and export your license and asset records.
