Eligible artists can add supported visual, audiovisual, audio, written, 3D, and other accepted works. Each submitted work follows the existing asset workflow and required category rules.
Supported system categories: images, photography, illustration, and visual art, video, film, animation, and performance recordings, music, voice, and sound works, written works, scores, scripts, and supporting documents, 3D works and models, other accepted digital files.
A VERIXA asset record is not a government copyright registration and does not automatically determine legal ownership.
Available records may include submission and registration dates, supporting files, consent records, cryptographic file fingerprints, and relevant activity history. These records document events that occurred in VERIXA without creating an automatic legal conclusion.
Where the current workflow supports them, later versions, modifications, derivatives, and related provenance events remain connected instead of replacing the recorded original. Uncertain relationships are not automatically confirmed.
Use the current licensing tools to review permitted uses, territory, duration, exclusivity, distribution channels, commercial conditions, and other available restrictions before an applicable agreement is completed.
The Artist profile includes access to the current music and audiovisual catalog organization supported by VERIXA. Availability depends on accepted file types, complete records, account eligibility, and the active workflow.
Review available requests, resulting licenses, dates, terms, and recorded actions from your authenticated account. Direct buyer-to-artist negotiation is not currently offered; only actions shown in the active workflow are available.
VERIXA can connect internal fingerprints, versions, observations, provenance events, and content relationships recorded by VERIXA or provided by you. A search or observation is not registration and does not prove ownership.
External AI or deepfake analysis, C2PA validation, internet-wide scanning, and external watermark or advanced fingerprint providers are not connected yet.

Optional paid professional profile
The Artist profile is designed for established creative professionals who need higher catalog capacity and tools for music, audiovisual, licensing, and catalog activity. Review current capabilities and availability before activation.
Your General User account remains the automatic base account. Select and activate the Artist profile only after signing in. Activation requires a valid promotion, confirmed payment, or authorized administrative action.
Marketplace visibility remains an account-only capability and is not listed as a public feature here. External AI, deepfake, C2PA, watermark, advanced fingerprint, and internet-wide monitoring providers are not connected yet.
Create the base General User account first. Review and activate the paid Artist profile separately after authentication and identity approval.
