VERIXA keeps four distinct things clearly separate: private evidence registration, official government copyright registration, contractual licenses, and judicial decisions. None of them replaces another.

This document describes how VERIXA operates today. Card payments, payouts, external filings and platform notices only operate when a real provider is explicitly configured; until then VERIXA states that status. These drafts are not legal advice and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before VERIXA is offered commercially.

(a) VERIXA private evidence registration
A private, timestamped platform record: it stores the date, content hash and the declarations you made. It is not a government registration, and on its own it is not proof of legal ownership.
(b) Official government copyright registration (e.g. USCO)
Granted only by a government authority such as the U.S. Copyright Office (USCO). VERIXA only helps you prepare and submit the filing package and tracks its status; VERIXA does not issue official registrations.
(c) Contractual licenses issued through VERIXA
Private agreements between the rights owner and a buyer, defining usage, territory, exclusivity, duration and price. VERIXA issues the document and a verifiable license record, but the license remains a private contract between the parties.
(d) Judicial decisions
Only a court can determine whether infringement has occurred. Reports, dossiers and notices generated by VERIXA are supporting evidence, not a verdict or a legal determination of infringement.
What VERIXA verifies
Account identity (when approved), submission timestamps, content hashes, version history and the declarations you made when registering an asset or publishing an offer.
What VERIXA does not verify or decide
Underlying legal ownership, chain of title, third-party clearances, or whether a work infringes another work. Ownership disputes and infringement determinations are resolved outside VERIXA, typically by a court.
Capabilities not connected yet
Card payments, payouts, external copyright filings and platform notices are not connected to external providers yet. VERIXA states that status on every screen and never presents a result it cannot confirm.
