Your authorized representative completes the applicable VERIXA account and identity-verification steps, provides the required organization information, and follows the available business-verification process. Private company documents and restricted information remain subject to current access controls, and only approved business information may be displayed publicly.

Eligible Business accounts can invite team members, assign available roles and permissions, organize members by department, restrict sensitive actions according to responsibility, and review relevant administrative activity. Access remains subject to the organization’s active profile and each user’s assigned permissions.

Authorized team members can add and register supported digital works through the existing VERIXA asset workflow. Available records may include supporting information, cryptographic file fingerprints, submission dates, versions, and activity history.

Supported system categories: images, including designs, logos, photography, illustrations, and campaign artwork, video and motion work, audio and voice recordings, documents and written materials, 3D models, other accepted digital files.

A VERIXA record helps organize supporting information and activity history. It is not a government copyright registration and does not automatically determine legal ownership.

From an authenticated account, authorized users can search available public information about creators, rights holders, assets, and licenses. When requests are permitted, your team can identify the intended use, proposed territory and duration, relevant distribution channels, and campaign or project context, then review the rights holder’s response through the available workflow. Not every asset is available for licensing.

Authorized users can review the information recorded for a license, including permitted uses, territory, duration, exclusivity, distribution channels, commercial conditions, dates, renewal information, associated assets, and recorded parties. Available licenses may also include PDF certificates and QR verification records. VERIXA does not independently guarantee enforceability or regulatory compliance.

The licensing workflow can retain available requests, responses, proposed terms, approvals, rejections, negotiated changes, accepted conditions, and final license status. Records appear only when real participants take those actions; VERIXA does not generate fictional approvals, counterparties, transactions, or licenses.

Your company can organize eligible work it creates, commissions, licenses from a third party, or is authorized to administer for another party. The submitting organization must accurately identify its authority and the applicable rights basis; an upload alone never classifies the company as the owner. Assets with unresolved rights status may require additional review.

Authorized users can review available records of team invitations, role changes, asset submissions, license requests, approvals, profile changes, and other sensitive administrative actions. These are internal activity records, not a claim that the organization or its records have been independently audited.

Eligible Business accounts can open the internal Marketplace from the authenticated dashboard to search available creators, assets, and licensing opportunities. Availability depends on real published records and permissions; VERIXA does not promise access to every creator or asset.

Marketplace access remains inside authenticated accounts. This public page does not expose inventory or create a separate search system.

Business API access, webhooks, payment-provider connections, corporate integrations, and external monitoring providers are not generally represented as connected production services on this page. Their status must be confirmed inside the applicable authenticated module before use.
